Our one-off box is for those that don’t want a regular subscription and would just like to order a box as and when they like.
You can choose from medium (£12.99) and large boxes (£19.50), in either:
Very Veggie (mostly vegetables and a little fruit)
Truly Fruity (mostly fruit and a few handy veggie staples) or,
Essentials (a mix of essential fruit and veg)
The weekly cut-off for new orders is Tuesdays at 6pm.

We offer Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly subscriptions for if you’d like to receive a box on a regular basis.
Weekly subscriptions are available on Very Veggie, Truly Fruity and Essentials.
Fortnightly subscriptions are available on Very Veggie, Truly Fruity and Essentials.
The weekly cut-off for new orders is Tuesday at 6pm.

Custom boxes work a little differently to our standard boxes.
Start your subscription before 6pm on Tuesday’s to receive your first box on the Friday of the same week. Your subscription will then repeat bill every Tuesday from then on.
On Wednesdays you will receive a code by email at 8AM to use to select your box contents via our Top-Up shop.
You must select your produce by 9pm on Wednesdays. If you don’t we’ll send you a selection of produce similar to a standard box, but made up to the value of your subscription.
Custom boxes are available on a weekly or fortnightly frequency.
If you need to cancel or pause your box you need to let us know by 6pm on Mondays.
Our weekly cut-off for new subscriptions is 6pm on Tuesdays.

We deliver on Thursdays, to receive your first order in the same week as placing your order you need to have checked out by these times.
New Orders and Subscriptions:
The cut-off for new orders both one-off and all subscriptions is 6PM on Tuesdays.
Changes to your subscriptions (cancelling or pausing):
The cut-off for changes to your subscriptions is 6pm on Mondays.

We know at some point you may not want to receive a box because you are away from home. You can’t process this yourself on your account but if you email us on orders@streetbox.london we can process this for you.

Unfortunately, at the moment there is no way to switch box type on our system, if you want to change the frequency of your order, or size of your box then you will need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe.

If you are cancelling your subscription this can be done from your account settings.

We deliver throughout Thursday's via zero emission courier bikes.
We'll also ask you for any other delivery instructions to ensure you get your StreetBox safely.

Although we try to deliver during the day on Thursdays, sometimes we might need to deliver overnight or on Fridays.
Please specify a safe place we can leave your order for a few hours until you get up in the morning. We can also be instructed to call or ring your doorbell when it arrives however please be aware this could be any time of the night.

For one-off customers you will be charged on the day you place your order. If that was before 8AM on Thursday you will receive your first box on the first Friday, if after 8AM Thursday, your first box will come the following Friday.
For subscription customers the same is true, however once your first payment has been received a member of our team will sync your billing so that you are always charged every Tuesday (or every other if you are fortnightly, or monthly if applicable).

If you are a one-off customer this can be done on your account.
If you are a subscription customer you must email us on orders@streetbox.london and we can make a manual note on your account. Unfortunately, once a subscription is placed we can’t amend any details, the only way to amend your address permanently would be to cancel your subscription and resubscribe.

If you are a one-off customer you need to update the ‘Payment’ section in your accounts settings.
If you are a subscription customer you need to update both the ‘Payment’ section - this is used for your top-up payments, and then go into the Subscriptions section and update your payment method there also.
